A life-long lover and participant of music and the arts, Cecilia began belly dancing in 2002. This mermaid quickly saw the similarities of the motions to being free in the water, and fell in love with the art. While it was the mermaid-like moves that drew her in, it is the empowerment in expression that keeps her hooked. Cecilia continues to fill her grotto full of sparkles and sequins, and takes absolute pleasure in sharing the dance with others.
